Just returned to Louisiana yesterday and it has been non-stop cleaning up messes and coordinating with contractors. Natch is w/o Internet services as AT&T provides the high band fiber optics cable and they are still repairing line. But, I am able to log on via I-phone "hotspot" via my laptop. Thus, my late update on the China virus stats...

Will probably see an uptick in cases due to most China virus protocols being relaxed or non-existent due to Hurricane Laura aftermath. Have been delivering ice and water to those without power today and many families have displaced relatives up from Lake Charles and surrounding areas. No masks being worn as they all try to stay as cool as possible. Also, lots of folks at relief stations and churches giving out free food, water and ice...not everyone masked-up. Concerns about the virus taking a backseat to more pressing needs. But, yes, some folks are wearing masks.
