The Lady Techsters put up eight runs on the number four team in the nation, but unfortunately that was not enough as Louisiana Tech (15-6) fell to LSU (24-3), 30-8 on Tuesday night at the Lady Techster Softball Complex in front of 1,927 fans.

Nothing like being completely, totally, and thoroughly humiliated by Ellis-shoe on our field, in front of 2000 casual, less-than-occasional softball fans. Also WHY would you allow your team to score 30 runsin a softball game? Disgusting, all the way around.
I'm not sure we can beat the tiggers in tiddly-winks.
Softball is not exempt from the Tech Curse of Shitting the Bed in Big Games. Drove by the crowd on my way home from work: amazing turnout, never seen that many people there.
