7-8 men in 'the box', everyone knows their assignment, and Army is in the Navy backfield so quickly. Army 7 - Navy 0 and two Navy turnovers already.
Make that Army 14 - Navy 0 with 5 mins until half. Army has the ball again and they will get the ball first in the 2nd half.
Army finally fumbles the ball over to Navy. But Navy QB Abey threw another INT on the very next play.
Halftime
Re: Armed Forces Bowl It Is
It's halftime, and Navy looks awful. In fact both teams look awful, but that's just my opinion.

Yep. Lots of fumbles and INTs.

Buying tix online thru the bowl website to take advantage of the 4/$99 deal, and see they are also selling parking passes for $20. Where does this allow me to park? Is there free or cheaper parking close to the stadium?

You can sometimes park on the street for free, but a lot of them are marked no parking during the day. And they are serious about that.
Parking is at a premium at Amon Carter. Our church sells spots for $40 during the season ( and has no problem selling out most weeks). Seems crazy to me, but you can't get any closer for less.

I'm going to the game with my brother. He has some mobility issues and plans to take a taxi to the stadium. I'm wondering if that will get him close enough to walk into the stadium from a reasonable distance and will he have difficulty getting a taxi when he leaves. Any ideas on this inudesu?

There are streets that run right in front of the stadium, so I'd think he could get pretty close. It'll mostly depend on what they do with the reserved lots right in front whether or not he could be dropped off right in front of the stadium. Surely they have something in place for that. There is a little map here showing parking options. You can also see the area pretty well with this.
It's physically possible to get pretty close in a car, but I'm not sure how they handle those lots for bowl games.

Thanks. I bought the parking pass on the bowl website.

Does anybody know what section(s?) in the stadium Tech has reserved and is selling through the athletics website? I haven't purchased my game ticket yet but was about to. I don't want to spend $60 on a bad section though, but I still want to be surrounded with the Tech family.

We got in Section 107 for the $60. Supposed to be right next to Section 106 which will put us between the 25 and 30 on that end, and it's down low.
We sat square on the 35 at the HoD Bowl in the old Cotton Bowl and they were great seats. Between the 25 and 30 works too.
Tix are being mailed out today, BTW, if you asked for that option.

Here is an interactive seating chart so you can see in 3D where your seats and view:

I think they were trying to sell the whole lot at once to an alumni group or something but I guess that fell through. Looks like there will be cash parking at University Baptist Church. I'll track down the cost tonight.

Sounds like they're planning to charge $20. It's not a bad place to park. There is a little bit of a walk, but except for Alice Carlson Elementary or the actual Amon Carter lots, it's as close as you can usually get.
