Don’t couple it with other things either. If you want an athletic fee vote, make it just that.
The students don’t want to fund stuff they aren’t involved with and don’t care about. Athletics, arts, fraternities, etc.

The more you gather them together, the more likely you add something people are opposed to.

This is true.

One is very outspoken on Twitter against the university (which for some reason gave him tenure). He hates all things Tech and Ruston and has garnered a huge following in his progressive woke fanbase.

Why/how did Tenure even become a thing. You should only be as valuable as your production level. If you aren’t valuable, you should be terminated.

They are not employees, they are part of the leftist university system that just keeps leaning farther left. It's the state's version of a teachers union for the Louisiana System.
