Talking about food, as anyone try buffalo (bison)? It's very low in saturated fat, no added drugs, and the taste is delicious.
you're right, salty. science = witchcraft. the irony in your comments is that i am the only one who has used a scientific argument here. the only thing remotely scientific you have posted was a rediculous attempt to convince us that historical climate cycles can be explained by the earth's tilt (no scientist will back you up on that one).
as for buffalo, i like it if it's done right, but the marbling is not that great. far inferior to cows, but good as a novelty meat.

Presentation is important but it really comes down to seasonings and cooking technique.
Which reminds me, have any of you ever eaten dawg meat? Not to bad especially in soups.

I had a puppy beef jerky one time (not made of puppy, but for puppy)...it was not good, not even in soups.

are you possitive there wasn't some puppy in there? it's disturbing some of the stuff they put in animal food. a large percentage of fish food is fish...oh the irony.

Johnny, there are people who make a living by collecting cattle which have died in the field for one reason or another (such as lightening strikes). The owner is happy because he makes a few bucks and the dead animal is removed. The cow might have been dead for a couple of days but they don't care because they take it down to the pet food rendering factory for making those delicious pet snacks.
Anyway, in some cultures, dog meat is considered a delicacy. In those place you never see a stray dog roaming the streets because, as Karl Rove would put it, it's fair game.......and the price is right.
Re: Global Warming Cont...
yeah, salty, i didn't think you had a response. you know, if you would admit that you have no case instead of ridiculing anyone who disagrees with you, maybe you wouldn't have all that red next to your name.
Re: Global Warming Cont...
Looks like we can blame up to 30% (and probably much more), of the possibility of Global Warming on the Sun...NOT MAN/GOP and his policies and habits.

Bob, don't talk nonsense. It looks like you are the only person around these parts that doesn't realize that global warming is a serious threat to our current civilization. Sure the shoreline can return to the Ruston area but there will be a big price to pay. I didn't response to your last message because I was tired of banging my head against a brick wall.
I need to go listen to some more Floyd Cramer. :)

So sunlight has increased the amount of energy transfer to the surface over the past 25 years because man-made greenhouse gases have increased the average global temperature resulting in smaller total land area covered in snow and ice when calculated over the winter season, i.e., winter starts later and ends sooner than it did in the past.

no, salty, i'm the only one who has the patience to argue with you (and my wife has left me with the kids this week, so i've also got the time). if you have a scientific answer to my scientific argument, please offer it. i'm trying to convince you using science and reason (talk about beating your head against a brick wall) and all you can do is insult my intelligence. please, someone give me a real debate here. my 3-year-old son is the only person i have had a conversation with for over 5 minute this week, and he not much good for an argument (he makes up his data, too).
p.s. who's floyd cramer?

I'll leave you and Markay to discuss why global warming is a hoax.

surely if i'm the only one so stupid not to believe in global warming, there must be someone here willing to have an intelligent debate on the subject.
