Can anyone tell me what is going in on E. Kentucky near Sexton animal clinic? It's in the section for sale by TaylorMade.

Saw that they marked some trees that were to remain and removed some other ones but have not heard anything lately.

Nope - petition won't do it. This is governed by a statute that is entirely different than the one that changed what kind of alcohol could be sertved and what kind of business can serve it. The only way to chage the operating hours of local establishments within the city limits of Ruston is by vote of the City Council.

My understanding is they just cleared a few sections to make it more presentable to sell. Unless something new has popped up in the last few days.

Which is why I said the franchise "appears" to be wide open...I hope that if someone does own the rights to the franchise in our area, they decide Ruston looks like a great Whataburger town and opens one up. :D

Love whataburger and think you would make a killing opening one up. If i had the money 2 things I would open up. Whataburger and a Chipotle/Qdoba burrito.
