I think we will stick with the single-wide trailor look. Not an expansion.

Giving you a cost of a new pressbox. I think we can get a very nice one at 10 mil.
From 2009, War Memorial Stadium (Little Rock) received a $7.3 mil pressbox renovation. It took them only a few months to construct.

Monday was full of meetings with my administrative team and some of that carried over through Tuesday. We also had a video conference review of our latest draft of the University Master Plan with the planners, Sasaki Architects of Boston. Another member of the planning team, Ken Tipton of Baton Rouge, joined us for the review. We were able to make some key decisions that should enable the planners to finalize the plans over the next two months. I am confident that the plans will help guide us in making future campus improvements with a long-term strategic focus toward enhancing the beauty, quality, efficiency and functionality of the campus.
I would imagine the final plan would be due before Oct. 1st if they have 2 months (July/August) to finalize.

So apparently we are selling timber now?

We have about 300 acres left to us from 2 different estates, pretty cool.

Would love it if our stands were closer to the sideline

What I imagine we could do with the north endzone.
1. Take down the wings
2. Add seats

I'm sure the fans would. The space between the sideline and the front row is close to the minimum area needed for operations.
If there was a steeper slope in the stands that would help in your perception.
