What's up with patients still being on ventilators? There are treatments for the China virus and better practices/procedures to use than ventilators.
Re: Covid - 19 - Louisiana Edition
Still need people sick or dying of the China virus rather than with

There are no more "high risk" parishes/cities in central and north Louisiana. The only remaining "high risk" areas are New Orleans, Baton Rouge, Lafayette, and Lake Charles.
Re: Covid - 19 - Louisiana Edition
Actually, scratch that, it isn't Lafayette, it's St. Mary's Parish south of there, and it's not Orleans or Jefferson parishes, it's St. Bernard.

Our Governor still not letting us visit nursing homes. Says some workers there did not take the shots so they are protecting them. Freakin’ idiots!

So are those workers who did not take the shots under strict quarantine and not allowed to see anyone else outside of the nursing home patients? This doesn't make common sense..

of course not. Most of them have black skin which exempts them and all others from logical discussions
Re: Covid - 19 - Louisiana Edition
This is interesting, the poorest parishes, well some of them, are doing the best in virus numbers. The delta river parishes, Red River Parish, Jackson Parish (which I don't know how rich/poor it is, really) are "light blue" on the map which equals lowest risk. Other poorer parishes, including Natchitoches, are at the moderate level. So "poverty" doesn't seem to be having an adverse impact.

That is ridiculous. Hadn’t heard that. These poor residents have been through enough - too much really.

It’s all about the black workers who refuse to take the shots. Gotta focus on systemic racism at the expense of those who are actually paying them to come to work WHEN THEY WANT TO.

Jackson Parish would have to climb several rungs on the ladder to get to poor.

Then that just reinforces my point.
