It seems to be spazzing out now. I went by earlier to see it in person and it wasn't doing that.

I've pushed NiFTy a long time on Tech athletics. Locally grown technology business in Ruston is a natural fit for the university. I hope they can do the deal and BOTH come out ahead in a win win situation financially and exposure wise.

But, before I seem like a jerk for saying Athletics should use them, latechtv.com's crew does a fantastic job (and are not paid).
NiFTy could simply take Tech TV's feed and broadcast it live as an Internet solution. It would take me 5 minutes to set up, so there's no technical impasse.

Yeah, yeah, that's the easy part. The question is: Just how much is NiFTy worth?

NiFTy has two patents to its name. If you are familiar with them, then you know that NiFTy's broadcast solution consists of "distributed" networks.
This distributed network saves cost for broadcasters, because most viewers do not connect to the central server, but instead connect to other viewers who are "sharing" their copy of the stream and passing it along
Here is an illustration of this "distributed" way of broadcasting:

Or we can go with CSTV's product. They already run our website, plus it's web-based. There is no extra media player needed to be installed on your machine.
Example:
Fresno State's All-Access powered by CSTV

they billed me every month for almost a year before i finally got around to cutting them off. i would find the charges each month when balancing my checkbook, then forget to call and cancel the next day. that was one expensive football game @ $6/month.
