What about the HUGE elephant in the room? What political party literally fought a WAR to try to preserve slavery?
How in the world is the Democratic party name not being canceled? Slavery, Jim Crow, KKK, filibustered against Civil Rights, Margaret Sanger, Robert Byrd, Planned Parenthood (kills more Blacks than anything on Earth, by far!), and on and on?
You mention Democratic and you HAVE to be triggered by their past!
And, don't give me the crap about people switching parties. Fulbright (Clinton's mentor), Bryd, Gore Sr (father of the inventor of the internet), vast majority of dem politicians stayed in that party.

I don't think that matters a whole lot. Just to people whose entire identity is wrapped up in a political party. What matters more is a person's individual actions and heart.
Interesting that the Left has indeed cancelled Sanger, not the Right.

Lol. It is as if you have forgotten about the whole Southern Strategy thing. If you are going to cancel party names, the Republican Party is also culpable.
Steve King is on your team.
Gohmert is a fool, and needs to stop wasting taxpayer money on uselessness.

It's really not crap. White supremacists switched parties in the generation following the Civil Rights movement. Just because it didnt happen all at once doesnt mean it didnt happen. It's well-documented, and readily apparent. Yeah, the ones that had always been Democrats (fulbright, et al) largely stuck with it, but they're nearly all dead now.
Frankly I dont care what party they're in. I couldnt give a rip if they're Reps, Dems, Federalists or Whigs. White supremacy is a stain on our county, our history, and our very civilization regardless of what slogan, bumper sticker, tshirt or party affiliation it's sporting these days.

Not too surprisingly, you missed the point.
