Starbucks and Chik Fil A cause traffic issues here in Memphis. The business should be issued a citation for causing unsafe conditions and the drivers IMO. I'm a true capitalist but we all own the roads, not just the soccer mom craving her Iced Green Tea Latte Mocha. It's up to the business to serve their customers while maintaining public safety.
Only in their parking lot...and as long as they allow the minimum number of vehicles into their drive thru lines as defined by the city zoning requirements, they are meeting their obligations.Quote:
