They can lock things down if they want. My profession and similar will not work, which will shut down banking all together. We were asked to appraise properties using exterior only inspections. We refused because you can’t certify that the inside of the house is of any specific condition or quality without personally seeing it. The banks relented and told customers that they could only complete home purchases or refi’s with proper appraisals and inspections. We never missed a day and we haven’t been sick. Have not heard a word from banks that we were connected to any customer for contact tracing. Just be smart. Don’t shut down.

Infection and hospitalization numbers decreased every day last week. Did anyone see an article or news report celebrating this? Not sure what is going to happen to numbers all over the south with the hurricane.
