Political calls are over....

....and now I got one of those robo calls the very next day from Skip Holtz asking me to go to the Heart of Dallas Bowl Game. Looks like we're recruiting a crowd for the big game! I must say that while I hate sliding in, I'd much prefer getting a call about going to a bowl game than to vote for Mary or Bill!

As soon as I finished reading this, I got a phone call from Skippy too.

Don't celebrate too long. The Louisiana statewide elections for Governor, Lt. Governor, and the legislature will be next year.

A robocall from Skip Holtz promoting a bowl game would be the one rotocall I'd love to hear.

Ours was on the answering machine when we got back from cocoa and carols. Almost erased it before we listened. Already ordered tickets

And, clearly they don't have your phone number or they would have! They were on the ball with this one. That's great that they aren't even depending on people to hear from the internet or the next day's newspaper! So often, they've been slow to advertise and promote this. I hope we have a HUGE crowd and will make all bowls wants us based on what a great group of fans we have!

Dittos got my call - wife ask who called, I replied "Skip Holtz". "Your kidding" She said.

We already bought our 4 tickets, before we got the call from Skip asking us to 😃. looking forward to a "home" game. Nice to not have to drive 250 miles as we do for most of the games. Hopefully the local fans will make the drive here for a great experience!

No call for me. But it doesn't matter. I'll be there with at least 7 others in tow anyway.
