I've been looking over the stats. ULL is running the ball really well (239.7 yards per game). But we have been playing pretty good run defense (112 yards per game). Holtz said this will be the best rush offense we have played this year. Our strength vs their strength.
We have also been running the ball well (203.3 yards per game). But they have not been defending run very well (210.7). You would think Dixon should have a big day.
They do not pass the ball very well (200 yards a game), but our pass defense has not been very good (271 yards per game). Their weakness vs our weakness is interesting.

From a scrimmaging standpoint, it looks to be a pretty easy day for the offense, if we don't turn the ball over. We need to stop the run on defense and that's the biggest key to the game, imo. If they can run the ball, they can keep our offense off the field with long drives. If we force them to pass, I don't think that's what they are comfortable doing.
I think we will score a bunch: 45
And they will struggle to score more than us: 21
