How can any defensive coach leave the talent he has here and a sure move to a P5 school in a year or 2 to go to work for that defensive master mind Sonny Dykes.

Pawdawg --the majority of that 2 million goes to attorney fees defending past players --and of course Jerry Balden. for those unfamiliar -- Balden was hired from Tech and ended his career at 6-27 . He sued ULL for firing him-- their has been 3 different trails over last 15 years and still going on last I heard ... why would you get fired with 27 losses and 6 wins ?? He has been climbing, this opening should fit him quite well.

I'm not sure what this is about (I could be reading too much into this post), I hope it's good news that he's our DB coach.

Good hire. Really wanted Tank for selfish reasons, but he's still super young. Still, hope to have him back in some capacity at some point.
