And Southern Miss. We won’t score more than 20 points on them, and Abraham to Watkins on the inside slant will be open all day. We won’t be playing for the Championship this year in my opinion. We are WAY to inconsistent offensively.

If we don’t score 50+ in this game we need to quit. Bowling Green was bad, FIU is worse if that’s possible. It should be a thrashing, but we usually play up or down to our competition.
We win 38-17 is my guess.
So odd that FIU received a lot of love in the preseason. So far, they look like trash just like us.

FIU is as bad or worse than any team on that list. We played like garbage and still beat Bowling Green by 28. We can play like garbage and do the same to FIU. We SHOULD score when we want to, but for 2 things. (1) we are not good offensively and (2) the curse of the Joe. Holtz seems to have a WTF game every year at home to a nobody, and that could just be FIU. I believe we will win by at least 3 scores, but with Holtz, the only thing that’s for certain is nothing is for certain.Quote:

If other issues aren’t solved, I feel bad for Allen next year if he has the job.

I think this is a big game. It looks more winnable than I thought it would be coming into the season, but this is one that can really help our season break the right way. I don't want to count chickens before they're hatched, but it would be nice to go into that Southern Miss game on a nice long winning streak.

The crowd sucks! As much as I love the bell ringing, Tech does a terrible job of it. We need a microphone there and the player needs some sort of mechanism so he can put his back into it and ring the bell standing up.

Solid review. So close of a call that whatever the ruling on the field, it should stand.
