RealClearPolitics: GOP Leads Generic Ballot for First Time Since 2014 (breitbart.com)
In the 2018 mid-terms 37 GOP and 18 Dem congresspersons opted to retire rather then face a reelection bid. That net of 19 Repubs contributed to the Dems gaining control of the House. Well, thus far, the reverse is true. Looking like more Dems will retire rather than facing defeat in the election. Saw a number that 14 Dems announcing retirement and so far, zero Repubs have. Still a year away so both of those numbers will change. Regardless of those final tallies, it is indicative of the current momentum and where the voter enthusiasm is.
As of 11/8/2021
There are 5 Republicans and 0 Democrats retiring from the Senate.
There are 20 Republicans and 28 Democrats not seeking reelection, retiring, or seeking a different office from the House.
The Marxist Anti-American Dem. Party, with Soros and the billionaire social media giants CEOs help, will steal this mid-term as well.
Rasmussen numbers are even worse than the ABC poll numbers. 13 point GOP lead (51%-38%) in the generic ballot.

Not worse....BETTER!!!!!!!!!!!! This is great news.
Saw where a 10% difference = a flip of 100 Congressional seats. The GOP needs to get both houses back and absolutely slam that effing piece of shit Biden and his merry band of commie bastards.
Now the big fish (committee chairmen) are running for the hills. #19 if anyone is counting.

Rep. Stephanie Murphy will not run for reelection next year (clickorlando.com)
Are the democrats that will run in their place going to take the hint that more extreme is not good? Will they move more to the center?
If challenged in a Dem primary they will have to come across as lib extreme to satisfy the base. And then try to move toward the center in the general election, provided it's a purple district. If it is stark blue then they will have to maintain the commie-leaning rhetoric.
Proof that the left realizes simply stealing elections won't work going forward.
IT BEGINS: Top Democrat Marc Elias Proposes Chinese-Style Censorship - Only Approved Republicans Will Be Allowed to Run for Future Office
Doing that with the Dems would be easy since the approval list is VERY short! Ah, Joe Manchin...who else?
Actually, there are other Dems who have a little sense and if the Dems can ever snatch the national party away from the commie extremists the Democrat Party could, once again, be a viable political organization. Will that ever happen?
Krysten Sinema, Arizona
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kyrsten_Sinema
Sinema is considered a moderate Democrat and was identified as the 47th most conservative member of the Senate in a 2019 analysis by the nonpartisan organization GovTrack.us. She's probably more conservative than the former Republican Senator she replaced, Jeff flake.
Yes, Senator Sinema too, you are correct. And yes, Senator Jeff F. was definitely a flake! Like the bimbo Liz Cheney and our very own Senator Cassidy. Please give us a good candidate to oust that azzhole in the GOP primary. I ain't voting for Cassidy, no matter what.

Brenda Lawrence Becomes the 25th Democrat to Announce a House Exit (breitbart.com)
25 Dems, 12 Repubs not seeking reelection in the House. But, how many of those 25 are in very blue districts and a Dem is going to win the open seat? How many are solid red for the GOP open seats?
Purple districts and those with some historic swings are up for grabs. But staunch partisan districts red or blue are not in play regarding a change of power in the House.
Always knew it, but here is more evidence that Mitch McConnell is probably the biggest roadblock for non-RINOs.

Republicans don't excite me. Hopefully we get a bunch of MAGA folks in there to actually DO what they say they're going to do. I am tired of people getting elected and then joining the "we're better than you and know better" crowd while they exponentially increase their net worth by millions while making less than 200 thousand a year (public service my ass).

I could go for a bunch of candidates who think like this guy.
Abbott won his primary with 200K more votes than all of the democratic candidates combined..

Even Chuck Todd is sounding the alarm that the democrats will be crushed come November.. Republicans could have biggest majority in Congress in 100 years..
Question is....will the loser wing of the republican party be in charge or will it be the MAGA wing? If Mitch is still the repub leader in the senate (or worse, Romney), it will all be for nothing.
Hopefully the traction will continue so we can clean up the DOJ (especially the worthless FBI and CIA bureaucrats) and the rest of the tribal clowns that have way too much power right now. Obviously these idiots are so entrenched that it will take multiple iterations (elections of real adults that believe in the American way of life) to cleanse them.
Current projections by a political pundit I think knows his stuff points to the GOP regaining the Senate by a 54-46 margin. Works for me.

The Rise of the NEW RIGHT: President Trump Goes 22 and 0 on Tuesday Night in Ohio and Indiana (thegatewaypundit.com)
Really like Kathy Barnette and think she has a promising future. She made a strong showing in PA with her competitive 3rd place, but not too far behind the two leaders. There were 7 candidates and she got 325K votes, about 25%.
Trump mentioned recently he thinks (thought) Cawthorn made some mistakes but deserved a second chance. Cawthorn lost in the primary and now some are gleefully proclaiming this a Trump loss. Well, maybe so, but Trump's coattails are proving to be a winner across the nation in the primaries. Of course, the real tests will be the general elections.
This is why I think Trump endorsements trump him running.
Is McCormick the one who wants to cancel tariffs on China?
Cawthorn made it a close race because of Trump's endorsement. Otherwise he would have lost by double digits.
Barnette will have a promising future only if she can clean up the narrative about her past record. Still too many questions without adequate answers for her to be ready for primetime this election cycle.
Don't know. Pennsylvanians tend to be rather squishy in their politics, so you were never going to get a real MAGA guy in there.
I was just hoping for someone that wasn't intent on holding his Turkish citizenship and hadn't served in the Turkish army to keep it.
The lesser of two evils...
Yeah, RINOs drive me nutso and I would prefer true conservatives, but when circumstances present we voters with an effing commie bastard vs. a RINO turd, well the choice is obvious. Hold your nose and vote for the turd. The key are the primaries, to boot the RINOs out then.
I won’t pull the lever for Cassidy.
I've been in that camp for a while.
After Bush, I refused to go vote for either Romney or McCain, and to this day think that either of them would have been more dangerous than Obama was. They reacted to scathing criticism from the leftist media by "going along" with policies that were supposedly against their governing philosophy. Their goal was to be loved by the very people that were attempting to destroy them, and that moved the left's agenda forward at warp speed.
If Cassidy, McCain and Romney are/were the best the republicans have, they are best kept in the minority where they at least make some effort to slow the idiotic stuff going on today.
I thought Trump would be the same and I refrained from voting for him in 2016 as well. Once I saw that he truly represented me, and the published platform of the republican party, I enthusiastically waited in line for two hours to cast my vote for him. I won't make that effort if my choice is a poop sandwich or a giant douche.
Hardly a shock that this story has been buried.

I don’t like Cassidy, he’s a putz. But this kind of attitude elected JBE who has been much worse than the GOP candidate would have been.

Why is there an algorithm at all? Should just be a tally system and that’s it.
I always thought of Senator John Cronyn as a staunch conservative. If he is in favor red flag laws, he and any other Republican should definitely be primaried. Red flag laws are a dangerous precedent to set toward taking away law abiding citizens rights.
GOP flipped a Texas Congressional seat last night in a special election to fill out the term of the Dem who resigned. Mayra Flores (R) got about 51% of the vote to beat the Dem challenger. But, Flores has to run again in November and because of Gerrymandering, that district will be even more democrat. If she wins again in November that will be significant.
Trump-backed candidates split two races in South Carolina, but he ousted the azzhole RINO Rice who voted to impeach him.
I hope Mo Brooks wins in Alabama as well.
Some of Trump's picks are head scratchers.
And he tries to get away with it when he has four years left on his term. But memories may be long this time.
Senator John Cornyn booed mercilessly… – CITIZEN FREE PRESS
Dumb question.
My comment was addressing the reason JBE won a second term. You blamed "below I-10" voters, and I was just shown actual, verified election results where the low turnout in NE La accounted for the difference. Don't even try to pretend you weren't one of those crying about who the GOP had vs. JBE.
Now, the focus flips to Cassidy, who is an azzhole putz, and whom I do not like. But, in the bigger picture I, we all must ask ourselves, if the Demwit wins, wouldn't he joyfully support red flag laws and a host of other commie crap? You are okay with red flag laws AND a bunch of other anti-American policies? Are you?
