I'm look'n at buying another car...I want either a Mercedes C-Class or BMW 3 series. I wonder which ones better. So far I've been leaning on getting a Mercedes C-Class '04-05 model (most I've seen is in my price range).

How long do you plan on keeping it? When you say it's in your price range, have you researched any maintenance and repair costs? Not cheap. For either make. I can't tell you the number of times people come in to get repairs for their pre-owned European vehicles they bought because they were more affordable only to find out that you can't get pre-owned prices on maintenance and repairs. And good luck finding a non-dealer shop to work on them. While there are some, they aren't that much of a discount and could take days considering the backlogs they usually have.
Automatic Transmission.
I'm looking at certified preowned mercedes c-class in Little Rock...some range from 22-25K or maybe a BMW. Also theres a import car repair shop down the road from me. I'm plan on keeping it 3-4 years. This will be my second car, going to keep the current one I drive everyday.
Damn boy a second car!? Don't ever complain about being tight on money to me again.
The C-class drives well and is a very "solid" car (you'll know what I'm talking about when you drive it). That said, be ready to spend a lot for repairs, because they don't come cheap and after 5 years it will need them (see Dirtydawg's post).
I would look at Acura and Lexus - better reliability, still look cool and go fast.
a lot better options out there other than mercedes and bmw
Well, if you HAVE to be a girly man and drive a car, I'd go with the Beamer.
If you want the ladies (and have something that makes you feel like a man), buy a Chevy Silverado Z-71 Truck!! All women like trucks plus you can use it to hunt, tow a fishing or ski boat, tow a tractor, tow a trailer, tow a camper, pull your buddy out of mud when he gets his car stuck, etc ...
"You're a man -- you're 40!!"
If you gotta have the "car" to get the ladies, save your money and start looking for the ladies elsewhere.
E46 M3, FTW!
Sorry guys, I'm not a truck person...I'm too short for a fullsize truck.
The BMW M3 are quite nice, very fast. I got to ride in one at the LR autocross meet...it came in first place out of all the cars there. Fast accelaration and very stable...had a friend who bought a 97, it's still in good condition and a fun car to drive.
I'm also looking at the Infiniti G35 coupe...I test drove one last year. Very fun to drive also.

I would suggest looking into one of these, especially if it will be used as a second car:

The Aerial Atom is pretty cool, but it would be hard to convince a chick to ride with you.
Late model 2005 Audi S4 would also be good.
I was actually just thinking about the 308. It would be an AWESOME 2nd car, and they are quite affordable as far as Ferraris go.
Hey Guiss. I figured this car would be more your style. You and Randerizer could have matching ones.

Get the Ferrari. You only live once, and life is to short not to own one! Easily the best decision you will ever make. If you don't already know how, learn to do some of your own service work and it will save you a bundle. For this price range look at the 308, 308 GT4, and Mondial. Go to www.ferrarichat.com. It will have all you could ever want to know about these cars. If you are seriously considering one, let me know....I am very familiar with them and can help you out with what to look for.
The Mondial is my personal favorite of these:
