What's the TV possibilities for the game???
None in LA, but it's on gameplan outside of LA.
I've been seeing ads for $35 on Cox up here in Shreveport.
Tigervision in-state..I believe it's 35.99 or 36.99.
The Dawghouse Restaurant in Ruston will probably be showing it, I'm not sure though. If anyone is sure, let me know
I saw where its available on Direct TV PPV. Gameplan is blacked out in La., however. Got to pay twice if you're a Gameplan subscriber because of those greedy LSU types.
You can also see the game for free on ESPN360.com, if your internet provider offers that service. Go to espn360.com and you can find a list of what providers allow it.
FYI,
Dish Network has it. No Game Plan package needed and cost is $29.95. I think the channel in 455, not positive about that but it is in the 400's.
Direct TV is showing in on Channel 777 on Gameplan and I have called twice and they say it's not blacked out. ???????

RUSTON, La. – Louisiana Tech’s football game at LSU on November 10 will be televised on TigerVision, the school’s in-house pay-per-view network. Kickoff is set for 7 p.m. from Tiger Stadium with the pregame show beginning at 6:45 p.m.
Fans in Louisiana can purchase the game on TigerVision through their cable television provider, The Dish Network and DirecTV for $34.50. Cable customers must have digital cable capabilities to order the game.
The game will be available through ESPN’s GamePlan package for fans outside of Louisiana. The ESPN GamePlan package will be blacked out in Louisiana
In Monroe they will be playing the game on TV at Portico.
hasn't been answered yet so i'll ask this time...
is anybody SURE that the dawghouse will have the game on? i would think that they would... but i don't want to make the drive for nothing. just would rather watch it in ruston than monroe.
I want to be sure. There is no way to get this game online, right? It is either through cable (mine does not offer it) or ESPN Gameplan (I have a friend with Satellite, so can order it there). No way to purchase and watch by computer. Someone correct me, if I am mistaken. I am outside of Louisiana.
By the way, she is a Southeastern Louisiana grad. Sometimes I think that Texas is just made up of Louisiana grads that have migrated West.
Somebody at Sundown last night said they were going to ask Bruce if he would order it..Since LSU is playing, Im sure it shouldnt be a problem. :D
Is ESPN360 available on Direct TV? Is so, what channel?
According to what I saw, you have to subscribe to ESPN360 in conjunction with your local cable provider. They are still showing COX, but Suddenlink has bought out COX in Natchitoches. The message I got, from ESPN360's website, was, sorry, no can do, COX doesn't provide ESPN360 service.
What the hey!?????? :shocked2:
Really? I thought you watched it on your computer. You might be right. I have gameplan so I will watch it there. I'll do some investigating.
DId anybody check ESPNU???

I took it as you have to have certain internet providers. But who knows. Sorry if I teased any of you. It listed all of the internet providers in my area including my phone company. Although I'm sure certain areas aren't included. Looks like it might be PPV or nothing for some of you. That stinks. I wish they weren't blacking it out for ya'll.
Cp-tel, another local provider, is offering the game via tiggervision, but alas, I don't use cp-tel, I have suddenlink.
I just went to espn360.
It has the clemson wake forest game on.
The says Louisiana Tech / LSU at 8 PM
The Dawg House said they will have the game on TV there tonight.
thanks.
I have DSL wireless through Bellsouth.net/AT&T and I get ESPN360 automatically because of this connection. As previously stated, ESPN360 has the TECH/lsu game listed. There are currently 5 games available for viewing through ESPN360. Full screen is slightly jerky but still watchable.
you just log to the web site. if your high speed internet provider works with espn360, you can watch the games espn is brodcasting on our computer for free. hope that helps.
