Alright, what do you guys think about this one? Any predictions? Obviously I think Boise runs away with this one, but it's not necessarily a given. This is a big WAC game and it's tomorrow night at 8pm Central.

Boise dominates after the half.
My question is anwered by someone telling me how good Wisconsin is. Fresno is better than the Badgers, but beat themselves in that game. It never should have gone into overtime. My point is that Fresno looked pretty good in that game on the road in front of a large and hostile crowd. They seemed to move the ball at will - inlcuding the second half. Without missed field goals and goofy turnovers at critical times, they would have walked on Wisconsin.

I like Boise. Fresno always gets up for those big OOC games, then stinks it up in WAC play when a chance to really prove themselves is on the line.

Boise loses ALOT this season.
I say they fall to Tech, Fresno, and Nevada. Too much talk of the Oregon game being "their whole season" puts them being too confident going into conference play. Boise falls and falls hard this year.

I probably am nuts for picking Fresno, but I am not betting, so I can afford to be nuts. LOL Fresno falls apart mid-season, not after defeats.
Anyway, I want to make sure I am on the record as WANTING Boise to win - for a couple of reasons:
1. If Boise loses, our bcs money goes away, if they are able to pull off another bcs run this year.
2. Depends on one. If the Boise bcs run gets shut down, I want it to be at Ruston.
So, I still pick Fresno and still reserve the right to be "nuts". Do I get to call those that pick Boise "nuts" if Fresno wins??? :D
I'm going with Sunday and Clayton.
Boise wins. Good money is on Boise if the spread is only 7 points. Fresno gave up 400+ yards to a Wisconsin team that doesn't have the offensive firepower of Boise, so I'm still not sold on the 'new' fresno defense.
Fresno stands a chance, but the safe bet is Boise steam-rolls.
Boise will pull it out, I still think it's crazy they only have 4 seniors on the entire roster.

If you pick Fresno, it's because you haven't watched much of these teams.
Both have a potent offense, but Boise has a rock solid defense and Fresno's looks weak. That's a recipe for a 50-21 or 60-11 type score.

This one won't be a blowout. I'm thinking Fresno gives Kellen Moore fits and keeps it real close for 3 qtrs but in the end Boise's superior coaching wins it...again.

We will beat both Boise and Fresno. Nothing special about this Fresno team vs. the ones we've beaten recently. Boise comes prepared for early season PAC 10 games. Good for them. But they didn't play Auburn or Navy on the road and maybe would have gone 1-1 or even 0-2. I truly believe they will be amped us for us (we won't suprise them) but we can beat them. Does this make me A or B - or better C, 'cause I'm confused..
Nothing Tech has shown so far tells me it can beat either today. Glad those games are in November.

After watching these two games on national TV and the Fresno fans, makes me VERY proud to be a Tech fan!
1) Haut (Boise) pushes Oregon thug and a brawl erupts.
2) Fresno Fans chant Boise Sucks, Boise Sucks after first Boise TD, Boise goes on to score three consecutive TDS and fans stop chant.
3) Tutu (Fresno) talks smack to Boise CB and has to be seperated by coaches
4) After a review of the TD Fresno fans show their class again and chant Bull Sh*t, despite the TD likely to stand as called on the field
Throw a battery in their by a Fresno fan and you have a typical Fresno vs. Boise matchup.
Some will say, these fans and teams are playing and cheering with passion, but there could be something to say for sportsmanship.

As much as I respect Boise they sure have done a lot of arm tackling tonight. If they try that against Porter he will make them pay. Fresno's defense looks porous. If we find our offense we might be able to exploit this.

We need to start playing a lot better to have a shot at either of them. One game at a time. Lets take care of Nichols and then worry about Hawaii. Boise and Fresno are a long ways away. Lots could happend between now and then.
