Let's say that it is a 15% increase which represents an incredible rate of change. Of course you realize that the rate at which the world is dumpting CO2 into the atmosphere is INCREASING every year so we can expect the rate of increase for the next 50 years to be much higher if no action is taken to control CO2 emissions.

So how have CO2 levels increased in proportion to global population growth over that 50-year period?
