Some pics of Natchitoches and Melrose....really cool. Also, the pics of the planes, especially the early version of the P-51 Mustang. The best fighter (pound for pound) ever built nearly was only a footnote in aviation history.
There is a collection of photos of Natchitoches and the surrounding area, mostly b&w, that depict the era from about 1925 thru 1960 or so. Most people view them, like most folks look at this collection and say "neat" etc...but they tell an interesting story: America before the federal socialist gov-mint took over people's lives. VERY revealing.
I couldn't get the last 40 or so to load, but way, way worth delving thru them.
