How about Arkansas St vs USC last year?
I just looked it up, USC was no. 8 at the time.
The next closest was Bowling Green (8 wins) at Tennessee last year.
It would have to be a CUSA, MAC, or Sun Belt team playing at a P5 program that was expected to be good that year.
