"We bombed our own state to hell so we'd like to come to your state and enjoy the few minutes its got left before we bomb it to hell too."
Re: Bowl game possibilities?
The NOLA Bowl on Dec. 23.
Saints play at Dome on Dec. 25.
LHSAA state final championship games set for Dec. 26-27-28 in the Dome.
Nothing like having 2-3K allowed max (by the NOLA Mayor) at each those games.

Sheesh!
I have attended every state championship game Rummel has played in, and every Tech bowl game within driving distance, in person. Not saying either Rummel or Tech will be involved in those games...but it is possible one or both will.
The Dome is HUGE!!! Can easily put more than 3K in there...safely.

I shot Cross Country and Swimming State Championships last week with a Rummel grad. He's with RomaPics.com
Proud individual.
I am well-educated on the NOLA Catholic scene now. What a culture!
One question? Whatcha think about Jesuit?

Especially a shame for the high school games. Those kids are living a dream just get to play in the dome. I have attended some of those games in the past and everyone who wants to see those games could easily fit in the dome in a safe manner. Just spread everyone out, instead of everyone sitting between the 20 yeard lines on the lower level. This mayor is destroying New Orleans.
Re: Bowl game possibilities?
As I recall the record attendance for the Dome on championship Saturday, the 4 games played that day, is about 33,000. That record was set just a few years ago. If they could add just one more day to the event...play Thursday-Saturday...it would spread fans out even more.

Great point! I hope people throw a fit over these games. The efforts of the teams who make it that far should be celebrated!

What else is new as far as any Democrat running a city, state or in the WH......their policies and agendas stink to high heaven.
Re: Bowl game possibilities?
Bowl games cancelled to date:
Redbox Bowl
Hawaii Bowl
Holiday Bowl
Quick Lane Bowl
Celebration Bowl
Fenway Bowl (replaced by Montgomery Bowl, this year only)
Bahamas Bowl
Pinstripe Bowl
Wonder how many more to follow?
Re: Bowl game possibilities?
Celebration Bowl doesn't belong on the list because it is not an FBS game.
Right now there are 33 bowls and the CFP semifinals scheduled that need 70 teams.

Jesuit and Brother Martin are basically the Harvard and Yale of the Catholic League. Holy Cross would be Princeton, I guess.
Rummel is like Cornell?
Shaw is definitely ULM though.
