I'm hoping at least some of the basketball and baseball games will be on ESPN+, but I guessing a lot of the games won't be on + or any other network.

My problem is with live streaming video. Most of us don't get big city DFW and Houston internet bandwidth. Real TV broadcasts have never given me a problem. Live video streaming, on the other hand, usually has issues like the Rice game buffering for me. Like others have already mentioned, everybody doesn't have access to the fastest and most consistent internet speeds.

If I can't get CUSA-TV to work with the Roku, I'll either watch games on my laptop or run an HDMI cable from my laptop to the TV. I know I don't need CUSA-TV for football, but I will need it for basketball and baseball.
Roku has a cusa tv channel now

I have atrocious internet. I plan on signing up for the trial (no downside) and checking it out. If it works halfway decent for me, y'all should be find.
I haven't had any trouble with FilmOnTV, WatchStadium, or Facebook in the past.

This will be my issue as well. In the middle of a residential area in Ruston and still can only get DSL or satellite internet. Can’t watch much of anything without true fast access.

So, it’s the Nitzer and BBB for me again this year.
Re: 2018: How to Watch Louisiana Tech Football
beIN Sports has been dropped by the AT&T providers (Uverse and DirecTV) over contract negotiations.
Re: 2018: How to Watch Louisiana Tech Football
We watched the game at Rotolo's in Ruston. The ESPN+ feed dropped out several times and they're have to wrestle with the app to get it going again. Very frustrating.
Did others have the same problem with ESPN+?

Yes, as it has always been with Comcast it was in and out. Strange that it was better when I did not have it on full screen.

I have very good internet speed and had no problems at all with ESPN+. Clear HD picture all night.

Yes, this is not an ESPN problem. We've been dealing with this up here from Comcast and Sudden Link for years.
Re: 2018: How to Watch Louisiana Tech Football
There were one or two moments when the picture fuzzed out, and it buffered twice. Otherwise I could see every wart.

Ditto here. I streamed it through my desktop to my HD TV and it was fine.
