Louisiana Tech (44-15) managed just one base hit – a bunt single by Morgan Turkoly in the third inning – against Red Raiders sophomore Erin Edmoundson in the loss. The Lady Techsters did have multiple opportunities to score thanks to five free passes – four walks and one hit batter – by Edmoundson, who improved to 20-3 on the season.
