Didn't have a chance to post during or right after the game - Tech had a great game plan to take their star player out of the game. She was way under her season average.
Malone was in beast mode and she is only a sophomore.
How do we match up against WKU?

That is going to be a very tall order for the Techsters this year. They beat us pretty badly during the year and started this tournament on a tear (winning by 30 points yesterday). WKU is very talented. The only way we win is pure hustle and blue collar type play.

Can't shoot 50% from the FT line and stuff like that and expect to beat WKU. Players have to step up and bring their A+ game. I know Brooke will put the players in a position to win this game, but she can't be on the floor for 'em. So, it's time for these Techsters to carve their own place in the tradition that is Louisiana Tech WBB.

Totally agree! I honestly don't know if we are at the place yet to beat WKU this year, but Brooke and this team has shown (win or lose) that they are building something special again!
