That's pretty good. Usually we're #2 in the state.
Surprised Grambling made the top 2000.

Thanks Dawg06! Someone posted (on the Forbes Forum) the 2016 Center for World University Rankings ( http://cwur.org/2016.php ) World Top 1000 out of 25000+ judged, so here's the summary for that as well:
Louisiana (State/National/World): LSU-BR (1/80/88), Tulane (2/110/288), UNO (3/181/633), Louisiana Tech (4/189/667), rest (unranked)
CUSA (Conf./National/World): Rice (1/59/114), UAB (2/67/147), FIU (3/176/603), ODU (4/183/643), Louisiana Tech (5/189/667), UTSA (6/192/696), UNT (7/201/748), UNC-C (8/204/765), FAU (9/213/864), USM (10/215/880), UTEP (11/224/967), rest (unranked)
CWUR publishes the only global university ranking that measures the quality of education and training of students as well as the prestige of the faculty members and the quality of their research without relying on surveys and university data submissions.
So, we're in the top 67% of ranked in the world, top 2.7% of world judged, top 4 in Louisiana, and top 36% in the conference. Here's the LA summary (with Oxford as comparison)

Yeah, surprised me as well! Looks like they think they have better citations and broad impact. But we crush them on Alumni Employment which is what Money was testing
