Be nice to have one of those 15 year starters all of our opponents seem to have!

I only stayed for the first three quarters. I enjoyed Elijah Walkers QBing most. W. Elliott had decent moments, but also threw some Ints. One near the end-zone where the safety may have baited him. Another where the ball appeared under-thrown.
J'Mar had a few deep balls that were close or dropped, but he didn't try to throw much deep. Looks to me he still has a problem staring down the #1 receiver.....and for too long...resulting in throwing the ball away.
Dancy, Tucker, Flemming, Powell, Norris were fun to watch. Powell was everywhere. Flemming is like a quick cannonball. Norris is not Trent Taylor, but he should try to be.
Belton had some plays from the slot. He is a big target. McKnight at RB seemed fine to me. Not flashy, but he maybe he can get 5 yds at a time.
A lot of WRs....some new and some old...hard to say who are the big play-makers beyond Powell and Bonnette. We know Veal is one. Didn't miss Alfred being out. Waited long enough for him the past two seasons. Hoping he will surprise this year if they continue put him out there.
It felt like there were a twenty FG attempts, but only three were made.
Defense wasn't anything flashy, but there weren't many points scored. Was it good defense or bad offense? Amik has the wingspan of pterodactyl. The Conner dude LB has very long hair.
We at least have the appearance of legit college football team. We must be good in the weight-room.

something like 15 of 35 and several dropped balls. difficult to find much positive except he threw a few nice long passes-- I will leave it at that --- EVERYONE buzzing about ELIJAH WALKER. 5 GREAT THROWS BUT pulled fot bruised shoulder.

On a call in show last year, I ask about the QB situation...
Coach Holtz said that the QB's were evaluated in the Spring Camp...
So, I have to ask will they see that Walker is a possible contender?
Just from reading post here, seems that he was the only QB bright spot!
