Really, the only game the Lady Techsters haven't been competitive in was the loss to Arizona St. No excuse for that one, but frankly they've won or been in all the rest of them.

UALR is 2-5, but that's against some pretty stacked competition.

So far, I think our Lady T's have had only 2 really inexplicable performances. That was against Little Rock and ASU. We played pretty well at Wichita. That game was much closer than the final score indicated, because we had to foul them a lot at the end.

I agree..... Plus, knowing how Brooke's teams seem to really improve during the season, I think we will be pretty salty by mid-season.

Looking forward to see what we can do over the next 5 games. McNeese is the only dud. Kansas City and Missouri St don't have the best records but they are still gonna be tough wins. Ole Miss is loaded with 4 star and 3 star athletes, but size wise they are a lot like Alabama. I like our chances.

Damn....the Lady Techsters dropped back to back games to teams from Missouri last week. They lost to Missouri St 82-70 on Thursday 12/20, and then lost to UMKC 80-70 the very next night.
What an awful week by the Lady Techsters.

Yeah, we were doing pretty well until we hit that Missouri tournament. We fell apart in the 4th quarter in that last game, when UMKC got hot from the three point line. We have one more chance to gain some confidence tomorrow against McNeese before hitting conference play on the 3rd.

According to ESPN, The Lady Techsters beat McNeese today, 89-48. Our ladies led 42-23 at halftime, so the outcome was never in doubt.
Congrats Lady T's!! You guys should be ready for CUSA play now. Next up is a home game against UNT on Thursday.
