You forget a key element that proves they aren't copying us. Their scoreboard is in the south EZ and the expansion is in the north EZ. :D
They are saying all private funds. Cost is estimated at 3.1 milllion and they say they have an extra mil. with 4.1 being raised. Yesterday's decsion by ULS allows them to proceed with the plans. Apparently they have already raised all the money.:shocked2:
