Is there a way to watch live sports other than cable/satellite

I'm considering dropping satellite because I never watch it and it would save some money. The only time I watch it is during the fall when NCAA football is being played. Is there anyway other than HD antenna to pick up channels like Fox Southwest where I could watch some of the away games?

I love my ROKU (look it up) - we have 2 - there's WATCHEspn app - but no Fox Sports app. You still have to have cable/satellite service to access the service.
