Ah yes, but what we are launching does not fall under those rules...with the exception of the insolvent nation part. Our model will encourage physicians, particularly primary care, to continue practicing. And you are only subject to the "rules" if you see medicaid, medicare, or are contracted with an insurance company. In our model, none of this would be the case. Which then means, obviously, it isn't for everyone, but rather people like us that dont qualify for government handouts.

Supreme Court agrees to hear case on health care law
Decision sets up a probable election-year showdown.

Obama is the greatest threat we have ever faced because he is the first INTERNAL threat that we have ever faced that is capable of, and attempting, to destroy the authority of the Constitution.

There hasn't been a vote yet. This rest solely in Obama's 2013 budget.

Additionally, people in rural areas with transportation issues will not seek wellness and preventive care, thus increasing the likelihood of developing a chronic condition.
Isn't this a fun game we are playing?
By the way, in case you guys weren't aware...
On January 1, 2014, when the qualification for Medicaid increases to 133% of the poverty level, 16 million people will become new Medicaid beneficiaries. In the state of Louisiana, that number is approximately 864,000. Do you realize that 146,000 of those are currently covered under a private insurance policy, but newly qualified for Medicaid, will drop their policy in favor of Medicaid because of the cost...thus consuming more of our tax dollars.
But wait, it gets better...
The state of Louisiana spends approximately $2.2billion on Medicaid. Obviously that will have to increase with the addition of over 800,000 new beneficiaries. The federal government matches that amount at 100%. We refer to it as the Federal Medical Assistance Percentage, or FMAP. In 2017, that drops to 95%, 2018 to 94%, 2019 to 93%, and 2020+ to 90%. Louisiana has to make up the difference. Anyone know where we will come up with that money? Anyone?

That post makes too much sense. Perhaps send that summary and some facts to a news agency.

I can talk through the information in that post and take questions in less than 5 minutes. I give a 2.5 hour presentation covering the whole mess, and its the summary version...so I can keep going if you want.
