Happened the other way around too.
As historian has already pointed out, the worst thing about last night was that we had no plan B. They blitzed effectively and played man to man really well and we had NO answer.
Our defense allowed 3 TDs when the game was still in play. The first was on a short field thanks to our HC and his decision to start a true freshman at RB.

Right. Against a terrible O. I wouldn’t call it a world beater effort, but I don’t care to argue either.
Our main problems have nothing to do with the players.

I'm not arguing. I'm defending our D. They did their job. Anybody who can place blame on the D for last night's loss is a Holtz and J'Mar apologist.

Yeah you are...and nobody said that. You’re actually arguing with no one.

Two implied it when the lumped our defensive play into bad play. No need to even bring up the defense in that loss.

Literally no one. Frankly, I’m impressed.

Defense not world beaters either.
Nah, nobody here implied the defense played bad. Literally no one.

You're changing your argument against no one. Dogswin nor I ever even implied that the D was to blame for this loss. His statement was simple and easy to understand. They were not world beaters...that's different than they are to blame for the loss.
But hey, if you want to keep arguing with no one, by all means, continue.
Re: 2018: How to Watch Louisiana Tech Football
Why even mention them? They played well enough to win, and would have played better if the Offense had any pulse at all.

Based on the title for this thread I would say the answer is:
With your eyes closed!
Re: 2018: How to Watch Louisiana Tech Football
Well.....LA Tech's DEFENSE was responsible for setting up the team's only TD of the night. Our defense got a turnover on UAB's first drive of the game when DB James Jackson intercepted a UAB pass and gave our offense the ball at the UAB 32-yd line. They also ended up holding UAB to only 365 yds of total offense for the game.
Nope, this one's not on the defense.
