I have some old Radio Shack rabbit ears that has a power cord for whatever and I have just hooked it up to my digital TV and it seems to work fine for around Houston. Of course all of the transmitters and towers are only about five miles from my house.

It wouldn't be that dificult - I purchased a mount to place in my attic. https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B0130..._t1_B00ZI9LWS2

Is Roku worth considering? I have AppleTV but don't believe I've ever streamed through it. I really don't know what all this stuff does.

If you have Roku, it looks like Hulu TV may be the best bang for your buck (ESPN, CBS Sports Network, SEC network), especially considering we don't play on BEin Sports this year. For the ASN games, they'll be on Twitter, so you'll just need a Twitter account I believe

Also, you may be able to use Hulu on Apple TV. If you live close by, you may want to ask SportsDawg for advice on how to set some of this stuff up for you
Re: How to Watch College Football Without Paying For Cable TV
Hulu Live isn't available on Roku yet .

Really, so Hulu live is separate from Hulu? I guess it's still in the beta phase

Ok Boxerdog, I've checked, Hulu Live is available on Apple TV (4th Gen), Xbox One, Android Phones/Tablets, Apple iPhone & iPad, and Chromecast.
Later, it seems it should be available on Roku, Amazon (FireTV & FireTV Stick), Samsung (TV & Blu-Ray Players), and Mac & PC (Computers)

I have Apple TV and stream through it when Tech isn't on real TV. There's the ESPN app for all the ESPN3 and SEC Network+ games. Then you can stream anything from any of your Apple devices to your TV using the AirPlay feature. That's how I watched our CUSA.TV games on TV and will likely Stadium games, too.

Thanks man! Do I have any need for cable TV? I have my internet/TV through SuddenLink and am thinking about cutting down to internet only. I want to be sure before I do it. The only things I REALLY care to watch are sports and local/national news. My family likes some of the TV series but I noticed they usually watch them on Netflix.
