Ryan Allen In Pats vs Colts game

It's halftime of the playoff game between New England & Indianapolis, with NE leading 21-12.

NE's punter --LA Tech grad Ryan Allen-- was involved in one of the biggest plays of the game when his deep snapper sailed the ball about 5 feet over Allen's head, all the way down to the NE 1-yd line. Unfortunately, Allen tried to pick the ball up (as opposed to simply covering it up) and was subsequently assassinated by the Colts defense. Ultimately, the ball ended up being batted thru the NE end zone, resulting in 2 safety points for Indianapolis.

The worst part: On the ensuing kickofff, Allen appeared to have an injured right shoulder from the previous melee. Here's to hoping his shoulder ends up being fine.

It's confirmed. According to the CBS TV crew, Ryan Allen did injure his shoulder, and is "questionable" to return.
