What would you think Tech would have to do to equate the Cubs WS win?
Re: 5/25 Elimination Game vs. FAU
In terms of time, beat LSU. Specifically in football, but we drop the ball in every sport these days.
Or we could make the basketball tournament. I'd say "and not immediately be crushed" but one thing at a time.
I'd really just settle for "not choking predictably."
Re: 5/25 Elimination Game vs. FAU
I just want to see the mindset of our coaches and admin change. I want them to wish for our success as much as any of us do.

This is their life, not a hobby. They do more than wish for success. They eat, breath, sleep, sacrifice, and work their butts off for it. Anyone who says otherwise doesn't know what they are talking about.
Re: 5/25 Elimination Game vs. FAU
Fortunately, it's just sports. Not really important in the big scheme of life. So, it matters not if someone sucks at "this is their life, not a hobby." Real lives don't depend on it.
That said, as a sports' fan, and avid, diehard Tech supporter, I think it would be nice to have coaches who are actually good at, "this is their life, not a hobby." After all, if we are gonna pay someone to engage in "this is their life, not a hobby" it would be good to have someone who doesn't treat it like just a hobby.

Thank you for so eloquently stating what I was trying to convey.
