I believe it was an independent film. We have a couple of those here in Houston, so my wife and I were able to take it in. Duvall did a great job as a crabby old codger with a checkered past, and I liked Murray.

You may be on to something. Never even thought about him playing all of those different characters, although Doug Whitmore is probably my favorite.
