Division I schools will have a 16 team bracket played over 5 weeks, no games will be
played during Week #4 of the Division I playoffs. The 6 highest ranked teams will receive
a bye in the first round (Week #1). Teams will be seeded according to their powerranking. The championship game will is tentavely set to be played on Thursday,
December 12, 2013 @ 8:30 p.m.

That's it, 10 schools? Who do I sue?

Guess it's time for all the private schools, statewide, to ban together, get out of the LHSAA altogether, form a new organization and allow the public schools to further rot on the vine. I also advocate changing the tax code, such that NO tax dollars go to K-12 public schools, but instead a voluntary tax be established for all of those of you who wish to contribute to public, ahem, education. But, that's another story, better served on the political forum.

Top 6 teams can get a bye week 1 AND week 4 if they keep winning.

Not to argue your point, but it's pretty much that way now in the lower classes.
