And UCF and the AAC should sue!

Since the AAC started the whole "Power 6" branding I don't feel sorry for them at all.

The AAC is using the ull approach: call yourself something you are not nor are you entitled to and hope that soon or later it will happen. Not illegal like the Leopards, but still kinda in-your-face. It is a fact that the AAC is at the top of the heap of the so-called G5 when using success, budgets and perceived prestige. Maybe their being snubbed by the P5 like the rest of us will cause such a stink that the NCAA will have to address the inequalities of the whole mess.
Re: College Football Playoff
The Oklahoma-Georgia game was exciting, but, the Alabama-Clemson game was very boring. How about that Notre Dame WR catch and run that beat LSU!!!!

The "Power 6" silliness aside …
I do feel for them. They got hosed.

I gotta disagree. "At Laffayette" is a real thing.
"Power 5" is not a real thing.
I don't begrudge them for messing with a thing that's not even a real thing.

You think they are/were a top 4 team?

Frost doesn't really believe they are a Top 4 team.

Why wouldn't he? He just beat Auburn on a neutral field and Auburn beat 2 of the 4 teams in the playoff.

And Auburn got destroyed by Georgia.
Top ten, even top 6 yes. Top 4 I don't believe so.

Not to be cynical but …
Frost will say what he has to say. Advocating for G5s won't win him many friends in his new gig.

The win over a 4 loss Auburn team was big, especially considering who two of Auburn's losses were against. But top 4? A schedule with one Top 25 win and one Power 5 win against a 4-8 team? That resume puts you in the top 4? None of the top 4 teams played a schedule close to that. If they should have been in the playoff which team should have been left out?
