WKU Gets HOME and HOME with Razorbacks Basketball in Multi-sport Deal

WKU just added a home and home men's basketball series with the Arkansas Razorbacks in a multi-sport deal.

WKU men's basketball will travel to Arkansas next season with the return game scheduled for 2019 in Bowling Green.

As part of the "multi-sport deal", WKU football will also play @Arkansas in 2019 with games vs Louisville (in Nashville) and vs Army already on their schedule. Arkansas will pay WKU $1.5M to play in Fayetteville.


Anytime you can get the Univ of Arkansas to play on your home court, you've made a good deal. Throw in the $1.5M body bag football game, and the WKU AD looks like a genius.

Yes, we'll pay Idaho $3M in exchange for a 1-and-5 with the first 4 games to be played in Moscow. But the good news is that we plan to announce 150% stadium capacity attendence for our one home game!
