Yes. The CW is operated by KNOE, and you are correct that Dish does not carry the CW in Monroe.
Most but not all games are carried on an RSN. Saturday's baseball game is one of those that won't be televised by an RSN.

It looked like the catcher was trying to block the plate and tripped our runner as he got to the plate. I couldn't tell if our runner was able to touch the plate or not. There really shouldn't have even been a play at the plate because our runner was so far ahead of the throw it wasn't even close. That's why he tried to go in standing up instead of sliding.
What's the rule in college? Can a catcher block the plate and trip a runner to prevent him from touching home plate when there isn't even a close play?

Yep. Good win. Diehl did an excellent job shutting down the MUTS after his rocky start. Harris was lights out again. And Congrats to Gladu for his first home run. Now let's take Game 2! Go Dawgs!

Judgement call by the umpire.
I was not listening to Dave, so I don't know what the umpire was saying. I assume he was saying either,
- The runner tried to dislodge the ball, which the catcher did not have or
- The runner missed the plate. That's the call most of us assumed he made, but his foot (whole foot) touched the plate.
I normally don't question balls and strikes when the ump is consistent. They guy was all over the place. He did not have a good night. Neither did the 1st base guy.

If you have All-Access, you can select the "On Demand" tab and it should be the first block/option. The play occurs at the 1:44:05 mark.
It's really hard to tell, but the runner could have stepped on the catcher's shoe. If so, then the call is correct.
Does anyone know the current rules on a catcher blocking the plate, especially before he has the ball?

The catcher can block the plate with the ball or while waiting on the ball in college.
The runner stepped on the plate...actually stomped on the plate. You could hear it in the stands. I saw it. Ump said he missed the plate according to interview with Goff this morning. As Goff said, had the runner slid, even though he didn't need to, he would have been called safe. Ump blew the call.

Re: Baseball. LA Tech Hosts MTSU in Three-Game Weekend Series
KSLA Sports has the video clip on Twitter. Scroll down about 4-5 tweets. It looks like the catcher's foot is in the middle of home plate and the runner may/may not have hit the plate. The umpire is scrambling out of the way so he appears to not have a good look at the runner's foot.
I chalk this up to player error. Just slide and there is no controversy at all.

Just to clarify what's been said about TV. The game is being televised by Cox Sports Television in its markets in Louisiana and on the cable systems in which it aires but on a tape-delayed basis on Sunday.
I'm not certain how CST's agreement with ASN for 2015-16 impacts the ability of other stations in Louisiana to carry this or other events CST decides to pick up, live or tape-delayed. Is CST available on cable or SAT systems in Monroe or Shreveport?

I think that the catcher's foot kept him off the plate. imho, it was a hellofa play by the catcher, if nothing more than it put doubt in the umpire's mind. Baseball is chock full of this kind of "extras" that intelligent players can do.

We are always looking to add 24/7 channels at the right time. I can share this with our programming team.

His foot touched the plate. He stomped on the plate.

Unless anything's changed recently, the only way to get CST in North Louisiana is if you have SuddenLink in Ruston or Bossier City. If you live in Shreveport or Monroe, there's no way to watch CST. And who's gonna watch a baseball game on tape delay from the day before anyway?
