Whatcha Think? Re: Dixon > Fournette

Les gonna run him til the wheels fall off. Fournette even looked pissed during the game that he had to touch the ball close to 30 times against Syracuse. Les just doesn't trust anyone else right...

Whatcha Think? Re: Dixon > Fournette

I can agree there. It isn't even fair to compare Dixon to one of the best RB recruits in history. Let's just enjoy Dixon for who he is, one of the greatest Tech backs in our history.

Whatcha Think? Re: Dixon > Fournette

Of course he sat the whole 4th quarter they were up by 4 scores. He has 48 touches in the first 2 games, including 28 carries versus MS State (a tight SEC game). I expect to see the same versus...

Whatcha Think? Re: Dixon > Fournette

Especially since Les seems like he will ride that horse into the ground if they let him. If I am Fournette, I am already talking to LSU about managing my carries.

Whatcha Think? Re: Dixon > Fournette

In seriousness, Dixon's game is more developed via experience (remember KD didn't have a ton of receptions his first couple of years at Tech). His receiving game really blossomed last year. I think...

Guys, Jordan Spieth should have given Tiger a huge hug when he was done winning. His take home pay is probably 1.5 times what it would have been if Tiger never existed. Tiger is like Nicklaus, they...

    Re: Lance

No one wants to be associated with Lance now, and that is just a fact. He looks like a narcissist on his Oprah interview, and he dragged everyone over the coals that dare crossed him. If he would...

    Re: What happened.....????

I wonder if Brees includes Graham in that questionable heart work ethic. Graham has a ton of talent, but he looked like he barely wanted to play football this year.

Never heard a movie theater so silent at the end of a movie. A real point of view from the soldier and all the stuff those guys go through for our country. It was a great movie.

Man, I hope her and the kids are okay. This is two violent, life-threatening episodes he has had. Sadly, family members will usually end up as targets at some point. I don't know his history, but...

    Re: peeve of the day

Agreed, I don't know if it was there before my time there, but I definitely remember it becoming prominent towards the end of my time (2000-2004).

Whatcha Think? Re: I'm Just Not Stoked About Tonight's Game...

The real loser in this whole playoff system is Bama. They trash Florida State 42-7, if the BSCS is still in place.

Now, we just need to move it to 8 teams to make sure the best team gets in the...

  20. Re: 12/10 @ ULL game

Re: Okay, Saints & Cowgirls Fans

I don't think Brees is greedy. He seems to be getting the market for a big time QB. Other teams with big time QBs are doing fine. So, either Brees isn't as good as he used to be or the coach/GM...

Question: Re: RGIII.....bust or bad team?

And accuracy is a big one to me. Brees has a good arm and can move in the pocket some (feels the pocket well). But he looks at 2nd and 3rd reads and he puts the ball on the money many times. That...

    Re: What's wrong with Patton?

I meant days are numbered with his current team (obviously with Niners having 4 deep at WR). I hope he can catch on somewhere, I just don't think it will be with the Niners.

Re: Okay, Saints & Cowgirls Fans

Yep, very important, too, because I watched the Boys first two games with Romo back, and Romo could barely get the ball where it needed to go. It looked like he might be toast if he took one bad...

    Re: What's wrong with Patton?

Sadly, the line between bust and unknown is pretty thin in the NFL. If you are an unknown nearly 1.5 years in being with a team, your days are most likely numbered.
