Actually from what I read on the El Paso Times a while back was that UTEP was voted into C-USA unanimously by the 11 C-USA presidents, the AD's had already recommended UTEP to the presidents days...

Hi, as a UTEP fan I would like to say that I always thought of Louisiana Tech as a great conference mate of ours back in the WAC. Hopefully one day UTEP and LT will be conference brothers once again....
