Ehh there are ways to run Windows on a mac concurrently with the mac os, but I don't know how to do that as I have never used a mac beyond a quick email check.

You must have never made a custom pc rig then. Macs are ok but super expensive and have no customization in comparison. You can make a better custom PC rig for about a 1/3 of the price if you know...
