I do agree that we should have safeguard in place that keep mentally ill people from obtaining firearms. As with many laws, it is the enforcement part that proves to be difficult, though.

He was a messed-up, hateful, ticking time bomb that exploded yesterday. Much like the other mass killers that have done their evil work recently.
