No NCAA rule on the books that prevents schedule changes at any time. Just only one conference championship game per team is allowed in addition to the 12 regular season games.

There is an easier way to do it than that....keep the regular season at 12 games in 13 weeks starting when it does now. Eliminate the conference championship games and make division winners of...

Especially if Notre Dame weasels its way into the mix of the "haves".
