I think the next time our team captains walk out on the field for the coin toss, they need to hand the ref a jar of vaseline and turn around and bend over.
Refs love him too!
Anyone notice the USM coach had the officials on the defensive when he would talk/question to them?

I agree everything said so far, especially standing up for your team, be a man Holtz, make the Refs hate coming to your games! Please run a trick play every once and a while, Damn, everyone does it...
Holtz apparently has some dingbat philosophy on plays that are successful, run it two to three times and put it up until the next game. Run the Damn play until they stop you, MAKE them stop you!
