I think they have a pretty good record in the MWC. Upper-middle class for sure.
They wouldn't be competing for championships in the Pac-12, but they've been better over the last 5 years or so...

You could say that about the WAC at one time. But if you keep losing your stronger programs, eventually you run out of ways to make the thing work.
