As far as exteriors go, Woodard's is the worst in my opinion.
I agree the exterior doesn't fit, but we arent going to scrap a good building (if its good, idk) just because its not as pretty to look at as another one... but gosh, this tile is atrocious.
Nethken and Mitchell would be fine with a little TLC. My biggest beef with Nethken is the small bathrooms and the stairwell smelling bad. Some people say its halls aesthetically look like a bathroom...
University Hall is perfect examplet of a renovated classic building. It is great.
Id hope an upgrade is in the works for Bogard in the future, since it doesnt seem to be going anywhere. It needs modern bathrooms and more updated classrooms, that would increase its appeal a lot.

Our traditional buildings could use a major touchup. CTH is not what anyone on campus would call a traditional building. If CTH is really in as bad a shape they say it is, it can meet the wrecking...
My physics class wad in Davison. All chemistry classes were in CTH. The rooms were renovated at least.
That's the latest, I saw it on a posterboard in Bogard this past year.
